Fascia Release
with every breath, i invite balance & harmony
into my body and soul
Welcome to your journey of healing and reconnection. This space has been thoughtfully created to support your body’s natural rhythms and innate wisdom. As you begin this process, know that you are in a safe and compassionate environment where your boundaries, sensations, and experiences are deeply respected. Through gentle fascial release, we will work together to unwind tension, restore mobility, and bring your body into greater alignment. This practice honors your body’s intelligence, allowing for a return to balance, clarity, and ease. Take a deep breath
you are in a space of healing, release, and renewal.

1. A Grounded Beginning
We'll begin with a brief conversation to check in with how you're feeling and any areas of discomfort or focus. This helps us co-create a session that supports your body’s current needs.

2. A Calm, Relaxing Environment
You’ll lie comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed in loose, breathable clothing. The space is peaceful and nurturing
soft lighting, calming music, and an unhurried pace invite your nervous system to relax.

3. Gentle, Sustained Pressure
Fascial release involves slow, sustained contact—there is no force or aggressive manipulation. Instead, I will apply light to moderate pressure to areas where fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs) may feel restricted, allowing it to soften and release over time.

4. Sensations of Release
You may notice warmth, tingling, a gentle stretch, or a sense of unwinding. Emotional release is also possible, as fascia holds not only physical tension but energetic and emotional memory. Whatever arises is welcome and honored.

5. A Return to Balance
As the session progresses, many clients report feeling a deep sense of relaxation, lightness, or spaciousness. Afterward, we’ll take a few moments to integrate and talk through anything you noticed.

6. Post-Session Care
Drink plenty of water and allow your body some time to settle. Some people feel energized, while others may feel the need to rest—both are normal responses as your body processes the shifts.

Prenatal Fascia Release
I let my body lead,
trusting it knows what to do
Pregnancy is a powerful transformation
physically, emotionally, and energetically.
As your body grows and adapts, your connective tissue (fascia) shifts to accommodate new life. Sometimes, this natural process can create tension, discomfort, or misalignment in areas like the hips, back, ribs, or pelvis.
Prenatal Fascial Release is a gentle, hands-on therapy designed to support your changing body with grace and ease. By working with the fascia—your body’s connective web—we create space, soften restrictions, and restore balance in a way that’s safe and nurturing for both you and baby.
Prenatal Fascia Release
01. A Grounded, Heartfelt Check-In
We begin with a conversation to understand how you’re feeling—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Whether you’re experiencing tension, discomfort, or simply seeking a moment of calm, this time is for you.

02. Comfort Comes First
You’ll be positioned with pillows and bolsters for maximum comfort and safety, whether side-lying or semi-reclined, depending on where you are in your pregnancy. You’ll remain fully clothed in soft, loose clothing.

03. Gentle, Mindful Touch
Using light, sustained pressure, I’ll work with the fascial layers around your hips, back, abdomen (if comfortable), diaphragm, and other areas that may be under strain as your body changes. The intention is to ease restrictions, create space, and support alignment for both you and baby.

04. A Calm Nervous System
This work is deeply soothing and non-invasive. Many expectant parents feel a wave of calm wash over them as tension melts away. You might feel gentle warmth, subtle shifts, or waves of emotion—all perfectly normal and welcomed.

05. Connection and Awareness
Fascial release can support circulation, pelvic alignment, and overall comfort, which may enhance your connection with your baby and prepare your body for birth. It’s also a beautiful opportunity to slow down and listen inward.

06. Gentle Aftercare
Following your session, take time to hydrate and rest. Some clients feel lighter and more open, while others need quiet integration time. Trust your body and give yourself what you need.
